In the course, we'll take an urban sustainability tour at Dizengoff Center and visit the pollinator garden. From there, we'll explore the bee hives on the Center's rooftop, get acquainted with bee colonies, learn their language, and learn how we raise them using natural, biodynamic practices.
The course consists of four meetings.
Instructor: Yossi Aud, an expert in biodynamic beekeeping and the founder of Magen Dvorim Adom.
